shorty right there? that’s my bitch. i broke out the mobile manicure unit to give her a nail experience in their baller hotel suite the night before the ceremony. colors by chanel: nouvelle vague on the fingers, vamp on the toes.
i want to talk about stranger tides:
i had to have it because it’s a weirdo color, but never ever thought i would wear it or love it. i bought it in a huge haul from the vietnamese beauty supply and when i got home and lined up all my new polishes stranger tides was quietly begging to be worn. i thought for sure i would hate it, but i wanted to at least try it out for a day.
i’m really pale so i knew for sure it would make me look dead, but it was dead in a good way. at work the next day i confirmed my suspicion that it was a match to classic crest tarragon, which made me love it even more. i kept it on for a couple days and got tons of compliments. it wore like a champ, and warmed my cold dead heart to the idea of wearing neutrals.
i just got hit with some killer inspiration, and stranger tides is crucial to the outcome. i’m actually kind of awestruck about how perfectly it matches my source! i had to take a minute to rep for the weirdo colors.
